Crystal sound bowls returns/refund requests must be made within 24 HOURS of delivery. 
If there is an issue with the bowls, reach out immediately. Due to the fragile nature of this product, and the difficulty and cost of shipping, all returns MUST BE DROPPED OFF in original boxes/packaging to Draper, Utah for a refund. 
Any requests for a refund after 24hours from the delivery date cannot be accepted.
